Since 2014, we’ve welcomed our closest friends and supporters for a day of fun at our annual golf outing. We hope you’ll join us again this year to celebrate over a decade of life-saving work and help us raise funds for more progress in the years to come.
Your participation will support AED donations, youth heart screenings, and life-saving advocacy efforts at the Indiana Statehouse.
As always, Jake’s outing will feature a best-ball format and a shotgun start. Foursomes are available on a first-come, first-serve basis at $500. Your registration includes breakfast for morning golfers and lunch for all golfers with additional food on the turn in the afternoon.
We have a limited number of foursomes available. Please prepare to register accordingly. We look forward to another great year!
